Students interested in applying for his or her admission into Putnam City's Virtual School and residing within the Putnam City school district may apply online. Students residing outside of the Putnam City school district boundaries will need to apply for a transfer prior to completing an online application. The enrollment application can be found here.
Upon completion of the application online, the application will be transmitted to the district's virtual school administrator for review. Once a student's application has been approved, the student will receive an e-mail or phone call from either the administrator or a counselor to discuss course alignment.
Upon completion of a student's course alignment the student may then log into the virtual school web page and select courses that he or she would like to request. The course request will be transmitted to the virtual school administrator for the final enrollment process through Florida Virtual School. Students will be placed as quickly as possible, in most cases students will be able to begin course work within one to two weeks after completing registration and obtaining required approvals.
